At Bellvian™, we are committed to delivering premium intimate products under strict hygiene standards. Due to the intimate nature of our collections, our return policy is carefully structured to protect both our customers and product integrity.

🔄 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any customs charges, import taxes, duties, or additional shipping fees must also be fully paid by the customer. When returning an item, customers must ensure the package is sent with all shipping fees, customs charges, and taxes prepaid. Returns sent with unpaid shipping fees, customs charges, or taxes will not be accepted by our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn and unused

All original tags must remain attached

The product must be returned in its original packaging

The packaging must not be torn, damaged, or altered

The hygiene seal (if applicable) must remain intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show any signs of wear, damage, removed tags, or altered packaging cannot be accepted.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these strict hygiene standards.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Gift cards / Gift vouchers

Items marked as Final Sale

Worn, used, or damaged products

Products returned without original tags or packaging

Items where the hygiene seal has been removed

Panties, thongs, crotchless panties, and other intimate bottomwear items due to hygiene reasons

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

To report a damaged or faulty item:

Include clear photographs showing the defect

Item must remain unused with original tags attached

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

📦 Delivery Information

Estimated UK delivery time: 5–10 business days.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or free reshipment.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.

We are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but later lost or stolen, we are unable to issue a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by Bellvian™.

💳 Refund Processing

Once approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
