Bellvian Return & Refund Policy
At Bellvian, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original tags/packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2) Non‑Returnable Items
- Gift cards and final sale items.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
3) Return Process
- Email us at info.bellvian@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Unless the item is defective/incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
4) Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
5) Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For all other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
